Our mission is to establish Kingly Consultants as the leading supplier of value driven and highly competent staff, providing permanent and temporary / contract employment services or complete outsourcing options in South Africa and abroad. This will be achieved through thorough customer needs analysis, proper and ongoing market research, maintenance of an up-to-date database, clients and candidate relationship management, conformance to high ethical standards, social sensitivity and systems management within the cc.

Kingly Consultants is led by founder Siviwe Sigwela, a professional with more than 18 years of experience across civil engineering, operations management, technical recruitment, HR, organisational leadership, and advisory roles. His diverse background shaped strong capabilities in strategic planning, interviewing, talent acquisition, and general management.
The company was originally established in 2004 as part of Key Recruitment Group in Cape Town, where Siviwe was mentored by industry expert Allan Pike. Under Allan’s guidance, Siviwe developed a deep understanding of professional recruitment practices, labour brokerage operations, technical placements, and management assignments. This foundation built Kingly Consultants’ long‑standing strength in sourcing high‑quality candidates and aligning them with the right roles.
After expanding his experience across multiple sectors, Siviwe relaunched Kingly Consultants with a broader focus on recruitment, compliance, HR support, coaching, and operational consulting. Today, the firm delivers structured, professional solutions that strengthen organisations and support sustainable growth.
Past Business Performance
Over the past 18 years, Siviwe Sigwela has built a diverse and reliable track record across recruitment, operations, compliance, and organisational leadership. In the early years, while trading as Technistaff, Siviwe partnered with established recruitment agencies to recruit more than 400 enumerators, directly managing over half of them during project delivery. During this period, the business concluded permanent placements valued at over R930,000, successfully placing specialised professionals such as IT Engineers, Facilities Project Managers, Warehouse and Stores personnel, Senior Manufacturing Technicians, and Production Managers.
In the years that followed, Siviwe expanded his leadership footprint beyond recruitment. He managed a pre‑primary school in Khayelitsha, ensuring vision alignment, growth, quality, and service delivery. He later became an advisor to a private high school in Bellville, providing ongoing recruitment and compliance support — a role he continues to fulfil.
Alongside this, Siviwe has assisted various small businesses and religious organisations with compliance, HR structuring, and operational alignment, helping them meet regulatory requirements and strengthen internal governance.
Today, Kingly Consultants continues to serve financial‑sector companies, supplying skilled professionals across advisory, sales, operational, and technical roles, while maintaining its commitment to structured recruitment, compliance excellence, and organisational development.
